Israel Devastates Iranian Missile Bases in Coordinated Airstrikes

Noticias más leídas

In a dramatic escalation of the ongoing conflict, the Israeli government has announced the successful completion of airstrikes against «all Iranian bases» from which missiles were being launched into its territory. This latest offensive, carried out in coordination with the United States, has dealt a significant blow to Iran’s military capabilities.

Decisive Strikes with US Support

According to military spokesman Effie Defrin, the Israeli Air Force conducted strikes on Sunday that targeted all Iranian bases responsible for the missile attacks. «Today, the Air Force completed attacks on all Iranian bases from which missiles were being fired at the country,» Defrin stated, emphasizing the crucial role played by the United States in the joint operation.

The US involvement in the offensive was marked by airstrikes on three of Iran’s key nuclear facilities, including the secret Fordow installation. These strikes, carried out with powerful GBU-57 «bunker buster» bombs, were designed to penetrate deep underground structures and cripple Iran’s nuclear program.

Significant Damage to Iran’s Capabilities

Defrin asserted that the attacks have inflicted significant damage on Iran’s nuclear program. «The Iranian nuclear program has suffered significant damage as a result of our strikes and the American attack this morning. The damage is deep,» he said, adding that Israel is continuing to gather intelligence with its partners to assess the full extent of the impact.

The escalation of hostilities between Israel and Iran has come at a heavy cost. Since the start of the Israeli offensive 10 days ago, 24 people have been killed in Israel, including a woman who suffered a heart attack in a bomb shelter. In Iran, the Health Ministry has reported 400 fatalities, though a human rights group based in Washington has put the death toll as high as 850.

Warnings and Threats

The US has issued stern warnings to Iran, with President Donald Trump threatening the regime in Tehran with even greater attacks if «peace does not come quickly.» Russia has also cautioned that there are countries ready to provide Iran with nuclear weapons in response to the US-led strikes.

As the conflict continues to unfold, the world watches anxiously, hoping for a swift resolution that can bring an end to the cycle of violence and destruction.
